Dear ESOP Board members and Delegates,

As most of you might have seen already on our latest ESOP newsletter, the registration to our 2. ExCOP „Excellence Course for Oncology Pharmacy“ is now open for registration!

The course takes place again this summer from 26th – 1st July 2020 in Hamburg, Germany.

We would be happy if you spread the information to all members and interested persons in your country. Persons who are registered to the EUSOP program will be considered first of course! (Registration form can be found attached)

Please let them know to be fast to enroll theirselfes to one of the few available places – in order to exclude no country, we will in first instance admit only 2 persons for each country. The waiting list will be upgraded after the early bird registration period has expired. Early bird registration for this year’s ExCOP ends on 30th April 2020.

The ExCOP brings the former known Basic and Advanced Masterclass together and takes on to the latest developments in Oncology Pharmacy.

The one week course provides fundamental and advanced knowledge to all pharmacists working in the field of oncology, both for their pharmacy preparatory work and for providing adequate care and support to cancer patients. You can also take this opportunity to meet colleagues from all over the world, to network in a convivial setting and forge new links for future collaboration.

And here comes a special offer for this years ExCOP:

In case people in your country are looking for an opportunity to absolve the 4 hours national training of the part 4. Biolocics in Oncology Pharmacy (as not every country is offering a course), they get the chance to attend these hours just before the ExCOP starts! The 4 topics of:

  • 4.D.1. Regulatory aspects of biosimilars
  • 4.D.2. Substitution/ Interchangeablity/Switching
  • 4.E.4. Clinical Guidelines, Central
  • 4.H. Practical challenges implementation use of Biosimilars

… will take place during the morning hours of Friday, 26th June also in Hamburg, Germany. Right after the Lunch break they can move on with the ExCOP program (38 hours).

Herefore they can use the extra registration form attached.
